Folder (single-sheet brochures) A folder is a single-sheet leaflet advertisement, folded in more than two pages, hence the name. They are usually succinct in language and eye-catching in design as there is heavy competition to get the attention of the customer. Means of mass distribution are direct mail, trade shows and racks in places that tourists frequent. The contents of folders usually is the presentation of an offer for an event or a product, informing in a fast manner, but including all vital details of how to get there or where to purchase the product. A bi-fold folder results in four panels (two panels on each side), while a tri-fold results in six panels (three panels on each side). Other folder arrangements are possible: the accordion or "Z-fold" method, the "C-fold" method et cetera.
Mohini Visions makes most of its folders for non-profit organisations, but even so, the message must be clear and the design must fit the message. Can we catch the customer’s attention in a split-second? We made folders for museums, international projects, but also for events and exhibitions.
